Our accommodation consists of three apartments. All the apartments are heated with underfloor heating and have a heat recovery system and separate thermostat. Wifi / WLAN is available in the entire venue. The entire property was built in 2009 and meets all construction and safety regulations, including fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment. Specification per apartment:

Apartment 1; PAARDENSTAL
Suitable for 6 persons, groundfloor.
Beds over three rooms with two single beds in each room, a large closet and chair or bedside table. The windows can be blinded so sleeping in daytime should not be a problem.
Sanitary: Bathroom with 2 showerunits, two sinks with placet and mirror.
Separate toilet
Kitchen: The kitchen is located in the living area and consists of a big kitchen with ample cupboard space, sink, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In the living area there are an extra fridge and freezer.
Living: In the living you will find a sitting area with sofa and table, a dining area for six people and a TV cabinet with TV and connections.

Apartment 2; VEESTAL
Suitable for 6 persons, groundfloor.
Sleeping in two rooms: one room with two single beds, closet and nightstand, and one room with four single beds, this room is separated by a dividing wall into separate sections so that two areas arise, each with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.
Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with shower with thermostat regulation, two sinks with placet and mirror.
Separate toilet
Kitchen: The kitchen is located in the living area and consists of a big kitchen with ample cupboard space, sink, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In the living area has an extra fridge and freezer.
Living: In the living you will find a sitting area with sofa and table, a dining area for six people, a TV cabinet with TV and connections.

Apartment 3; HOOISCHUUR
Suitable for 15 people. In this apartment the sleeping area is upstairs.
Upstairs:
Beds divided over four rooms: One room with three single beds, closet. Three rooms with four single beds with dividing walls and cabinets, so that units of 2 single beds are created. The windows can be blinded so sleeping in daytime should not be a problem. Sanitary: First bathroom with two showers, two sinks with placet and mirror, one toilet. Second bathroom: Shower, washbasin with mirror and placet.
Ground floor:
Separate toilet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is located in the living area and consists of a big kitchen with ample cupboard space, sink, 5 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In the living area are extra refrigerators and freezers.
Living: Sitting area with couches and table, a dining area for 15 people and a TV and connections.

Haykeshof features a separate space for washing laundry and recreation in this area you find:
Laundry washing machines and dryers
Extra storage, for example for storing travelbags
Football table
Dartboard
Radio
On the site you can also find a parking which offers space for 10 to 15 passenger cars, a covered outdoor area (see the heading relaxation for a detailed description)

We rent out our apartments on self-catering basis wich means that residents themselves take care of hygiene, cleaning and things like toilet paper, cleaning cloth etc.
If desired, we can take the cleaning for our account at an additional charge.
